Monique is a youth development and arts leadership professional with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of arts, culture, and education. She previously served as Executive Director of TeenTix, where she expanded youth access to the arts and fostered emerging cultural leaders. Today, she advances equity-focused strategies with arts organizations and supports Northwest Folklife’s Creative & Cultural Workforce Development program, which provides paid internships and mentorship for young people pursuing creative careers.
