Morgan Hodge

I’ve been in the audio industry for over 15 years. Came from Bend, OR in 2007 to go to the Art Institute of Seattle where I got an AAA in Audio Engineering. I’ve worked at a few clubs and small venues but the vast majority (basically all) of my career with Carlson Audio Systems. In the 15 years I’ve been with CAS I’ve done it all: intern, shop grunt, climbed my way up from A3 to A1/crew chief, production management in Portland and Seattle, and am now the Director of Personnel and Senior Production Manager. It’s been a lot of work but I love this industry and all the challenges it offers.
